The client is a major active holiday tour operator, owing and managing several beachclub resort hotels across the Mediterranean in Greece, Croatia, Spain and Italy. Their needs composed of modern architecture and hi-tec facilities and rooms by the sea.

The buildings with total space of approximately 4000 sq meter where composed of a 3 storey main building  A with a reception- lobby and open kitchen restaurant on the ground floor, an underground spa and saouna- massage center plus the main facilities of the resort,  and the 2 upper floors of 50 rooms and common sitting spaces. The second building B is consisted of rooms and walking common spaces. A kinder garden building with an indoor children’s pool was also demanded. Finally a pool-by the sea bar and reastaurant building was designed.

The architectural idea for the buildings was defined by minimalism and aphaeresis. The main building blocks were defined as big rectangular cubical volumes divided into smaller cubes: the rooms and missing ones as open spaces.
