This residential  project is about renovating a listed building in the historic center of the city of Patras. Our team proposed a new steel frame building “inside” the old structure. A three storeys apartment block was created from scratch, with two loft type apartments on the top floor. The raw materials: steel, concrete and wood define the interior style of the building.
