The small land plot is located at a city suburb by the sea. The 2-storey house is made out of concrete, steel and wood, materials that are exposed and integrate with the interior design. The steel frame supports a concrete floor and a wooden beamed roof. Light is invited through a skylight into the living space, which develops around a steel floated staircase. A small pool entertains the owners but also helps cooling down the Greek summer heat and completes the surrounding landscape.
